Job Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team in
Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client
relationships, and ensuring successful execution of sales strategies for our real estate solutions.
Experience Required

Minimum: 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.

Proven track record: Achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Experience in team management: A plus.
Qualifications

Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related
field.

MBA preferred but not mandatory.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.

Roles and Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the real estate sector.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and
support.
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients to ensure successful deal closures.

Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.

Market Analysis:
- Monitor real estate market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.

Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
